You have to use a moisturizing hand creams many times a day to keep your skin moist. You can also use the steroids if it is advised by your doctor. Avoid too much washing of the hand and use the lukewarm water. After washing immediately apply the moisturiser. Avoid the detergents and the soaps as much as possible especially if they have fragrance. Wear gloves when you are working. When you have to cook and have to cut some vegetables then apply the vegetable oil in your hands then proceed further. Use a long handled brush when you are washing the utensils. Avoid scratching the blisters. You can also wrap your hand with a cool washcloth.
